Having been shortlisted from over 200 applicants, the 10 participants successfully completed a multi-stage recruitment process to be offered a place on the Devenish Professional Graduate Programme in September 2019.
The graduates, from Maynooth University, Ulster University, UCD, University of Nottingham and Waterford Institute of Technology, will spend time rotating four areas of specialism during their time with Devenish including Business Services, Commercial, Operations and Technical & Nutrition.
They will be given ownership of projects, receive bespoke training and benefit from one-on-one mentoring from an external professional, as well as a competitive salary. They will also be given the opportunity to travel to Devenish’s sites throughout the UK, Europe and USA.
After two years, successful candidates will be offered a permanent role within the company.
