What you'll be doing:

Reporting to the Customer Services Lead, you will be a key member of the Customer Services team. You will play a vital role in managing customer orders, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service to support our global growth. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage export documentation and order administration for domestic and International customers from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare and review Letters of Credit and other trade documents to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate international shipments, optimising logistics to minimise risk and cost.
  • Compile and maintain registration dossiers to support international market access.

What we are looking for:

Essential Criteria: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the export industry
  • Good knowledge of International Trade Documents, such as Certificates of Origins EUR1s etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
  • Have exceptional customer services skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT skills including standard Microsoft packages
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience in the Agri food industry is an advantage
  • A second language would be beneficial
