Devenish Nutrition is dedicated to ensuring to feed safety and the production of safe and legal products for both food and non-food producing animals. We have implemented feed safety procedures based upon internationally recognised HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles throughout our business. These are science based and identify specific hazards and measures for their control, thereby ensuring that we consistently manufacture our products safely and comply with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, legal guidelines and industry best practice, whilst meeting customer requirements.
Devenish Nutrition is committed to satisfying the requirements of UFAS, FAMI-QS, BETA NOPS and other customer specific standards. Additionally, Devenish Nutrition is dedi-cated to implementing and maintaining a system of Feed Fraud Prevention and De-fence (VACCP & TACCP), to effectively address identified risks in alignment with the FAMI-QS Feed Fraud Prevention and Defence module.
Devenish Nutrition seek to develop its systems through a process of effective communication and training, encouraging all staff to fully participate. The Quality Policy Manual outlines the Quality Management Processes that have been established, implemented and maintained to support of our Quality Management System at the Belfast and Widnes facilities.
