What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct market research to understand and adapt innovative trends
  • Monitor branding and marketing initiatives to improve commercial success for the business
  • Support various department teams to achieve the commercial targets
  • Identify business expansion and growth opportunities and use commercial skills to grow relationships and sales aligned with commercial targets.
  • Provide technical advice on animal health and nutrition products 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Science, or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of the feed nutrition industry ideally, with poultry or pig an advantage.
  • Proven track record of leading business development to deliver success.
  • Technical and commercial mindset.
  • Experienced negotiator at all business levels
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the wider team
  • Market knowledge and ability to assess risks and market recommendations based on all factors involved
  • Ability to develop and foster client relationships with customers and suppliers within the industry
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service, liaising with the wider Devenish team
  • Fluent in Polish and English on negotiation level
  • A wide network within the feed nutrition industry is a main criteria to success in the role
  • Willingness to travel
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Right to work
