Point to Point racing took place at the "Old Racecourse" Dowth Hall on Sunday 25th October, reviving the heritage of a track last raced on in 1932 and first established in the 1700's.
Devenish Group Executive Chairman Owen Brennan is preparing to complete the Bale Mountain Challenge in aid of Farm Africa. Owen, and a group of 13 others from the feed and food industry will be trekking through the remote Bale Mountains at altitude, covering a challenging 117km and scaling four peaks over 4,000m in just six days.

Dowth Hall Point to Point takes place on Sunday 25th October and was recently launched by representatives of the Meath Hunt & Tara Harriers Point to Point Committee and local producers from the Boyne Valley Food Series, alongside Devenish's Owen Brennan. Belfast headquartered animal nutrition company Devenish, are the host and title sponsor of the event, which takes place at Dowth Hall Demense in County Meath.
